Overview:
A Marketing Specialist must be able to professionally communicate (verbally and in writing) across all levels of the company, partners, vendors, and clients. The Marketing Specialist is vital to the execution of the day-to-day activities of the marketing department, from strategy execution, content creation, social media management and communications, to providing cross-department marketing support to other company components.
A Marketing Design Specialist will work in harmony with fellow department colleagues and report directly to the marketing manager. The Marketing Design Specialist must be able to take direction, actively listen and engage in the creative visualization, conceptualization and content creation of our Brand(s), as required with a positive attitude at all times.
Roles & Duties:
- Design Skills
- Must be able to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-Design, and Premier (or similar software to create marketing materials) to create digital content
- Must be able to use Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, Excel (or Google Business Suite – Google Slides, Docs, Sheets) to create sales and marketing materials
- Must be able to create marketing and sales materials (with the support of the technical engineering team)

- Product Brochures & Datasheets
- Company Profiles
- Familiar with WordPress and Elementor is ideal for creating blog or news posts on the company website
- Develop Brand Visuals
- Provide creative inputs on all existing visual content
- Provide creative marketing design concepts (non-traditional)
- Develop creative brand brochures, flyers, gifts, collateral, etc…
- Social Media Post Designs
- Develop post visual asset calendar
- Develop post design drafts
- Develop Video Shorts, Highlights, Stories, etc…
- 3rd Party Contractor Management
- Manage 3rd party communications (with 3rd party freelancers, photographers, video editors, etc…)
- Receive, evaluate and sign-off on final deliverables
- Internal Department Admin
- Manage, organize and update Google Drive folders
- Manage, organize and update visual media library
- Manage Cross-Department Support Requests
- Manage all active Marketing Support Requests (MSR) from conception to completion
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Design Certificates
- Knowledge in executing a mix of traditional/non-traditional marketing techniques
- Expert in graphic, visual design and media production
- Expert in using Adobe Suite Products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc…
- Knowledge in using video editing software is a plus
- Knowledge in using 3D design software is a plus
- Ability to follow internal department and company procedures and guidelines
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Meets, Drive)
