Bookkeeper / Admin Specialist

HQE Systems in Temecula California is looking for a skilled Admin Specialist and Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Duties include working closely with our team to review and approve monthly expense reports and reconciling incoming and outgoing payments. Ultimately, the Admin Specialists responsibilities are to support the admin teams recording and audit of day-to-day transactions of our company.

Responsibilities
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct book/ledger
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Enter data, maintain records and export reports
Process accounts receivable/payable and support the handling of payroll in a timely manner

Requirements
Must have QuickBooks knowledge and experience
Solid understanding of basic quickbooks and accounting payable/receivable principles
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficiency in English and in MS Office, And Google Sheets
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable, ~$37K to 55K; DOE (Education and Experience)
