City of Roanoke, TX Enhances Emergency Alerting with HQE Systems’ LS120 Intelligent Voice Outdoor Warning Siren Installation

TEMECULA, Calif., September 19, 2025 — HQE Systems, a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) and a leading Unified Mass Notifications manufacturer, is proud to announce the successful deployment of its advanced, clear voice outdoor warning sirens in the City of Roanoke, Texas. The installation also includes HQE’s – SiRcom SMART Alert (SiSA) Software, a FEMA IPAWS-approved cloud-based platform that enables real-time emergency alerts and centralized control. This upgrade strengthens Roanoke’s emergency communication capabilities and lays the groundwork for future system expansion..

The installation features HQE’s advanced LS120 intelligent voice outdoor warning siren, delivering long-range, clear voice and tone alerts over the City’s downtown area. Powered by AC, battery backup, and solar energy, the system ensures reliable operation no matter if the local AC grid is degraded or down. Integrated with HQE’s cloud-based SiSA, it uses AI automation and remote control to enable faster emergency response.
