January 24, 2025 – HQE Systems has been awarded a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) in support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to provide comprehensive Integrated Electronic Security Systems (IESS) and Electronic Key Control (EKC) Support across Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) locations.

The IESS and EKC Support contract provides Program Management, Engineering & Design, Acquisition, Installation, Maintenance, and Cybersecurity Support for DLA-hosted installations, the DLA Headquarters Complex (HQC), and additional DLA sites.

3. ESS Acquisition & Deployment

• Procuring and installing state-of-the-art hardware, software, and security infrastructure.
• Deploying Lenel, Milestone, Honeywell, Bosch, Panasonic, Axis Communication, and more.

4. Electronic Key Control (EKC) Solutions

• Providing enterprise-level key control systems to secure, track, and manage physical access.
• Supporting legacy EKC systems while modernizing for future security needs.

5. Sustainment & Maintenance

• Delivering preventative maintenance and ensuring system readiness.
• Aligning with OEM best practices and DoD cybersecurity requirements.

6. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Providing robust cybersecurity protections for all security systems.
• Ensuring compliance with DoD cyber policies and risk management frameworks.
